How can I remove a card from my booking?

For audit and security reasons, we’re unable to fully remove a card from your booking history.

However, if you want to make sure no further payments are taken from that card, you can easily update your payment details.

✅ How to Update Your Card:

  1. Log in to your My Booking account
  2. Go to ‘Payments
  3. Click ‘Make a Payment’
  4. Choose ‘New Card’ under payment options
  5. Enter your new card details and complete a payment (minimum £5)

🔁 Once updated, all future payments will be taken from your new card instead.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • If you default on any payments, we may attempt to collect the outstanding amount from any card stored on your booking.
  • Cards cannot be fully deleted due to audit and security requirements.
