Why can't I see the option to snooze? 🧐
If you’ve headed to your payment section and the snooze option isn't there, it’s usually down to the type of holiday you’ve booked.
The truth on why some dates are fixed:
❌ Non-refundable rooms: If you booked a non-refundable hotel stay, we have to pay the hotelier immediately to lock in that specific price and room. As the money has already been sent to the supplier, we can't delay the final collection.
⏰ Supplier deadlines: We have to pay our airlines and transfer providers in advance to make sure everything is confirmed and ready for your arrival. This ensures your holiday goes ahead smoothly with no last-minute hiccups.
