Why do I have payment fees on my booking?

We charge a few types of fees related to how and when payments are made. Here’s a quick breakdown:

Automatic Payment CollectionIf we collect a payment automatically, a fee may apply. To avoid this, make your payment manually before 8 PM on the due date.Up to £5
Payment Date ChangeIf you move a payment date (excluding the final balance), this fee applies. Each date can only be changed once.£10 (or £5 if changed via ‘My Bookings’)
Insufficient FundsIf we try to take a payment and there aren’t enough funds in your account, this fee is added to your booking.£20 (plus the automatic payment fee if a partial payment is taken)
Instalment setup feeYou’ll be charged an admin fee if you choose to pay for your package holiday through monthly payments or instalments under our low deposit scheme.Up to £20 per booking which is included in the total price of your booking
