If you're wondering whether you added insurance to your trip, the quickest way to find out is to check your paperwork.
We send your documents over as soon as your booking is confirmed, but you can also find everything you need by logging into your On the Beach account or our App.
How to check your documents 📄
Log in and head to View and Manage Booking.
Go to Manage Paperwork.
From here, you can view your documents or resend them to your email address.
Look for the Travel Insurance Summary. This will show your policy details and the contact info for your insurance provider if you need to make any changes.

If you don't see an insurance summary in your paperwork, it means you haven't added it to your booking yet.
