📝 Step 1: You've gotta claim it!
It's super important to remember that perks don't just fly into your inbox automatically. You've gotta give us the green light first!
The Heads-Up: About 24 hours after you've made an eligible booking, you'll get an email from us with all the info. If you've got our app, you'll also get a handy push notification. 📲
The Action: You just need to log in to the On the Beach App and follow the steps to claim your perk. Easy peasy!
🗓️ Step 2: The countdown to your vouchers
Once you've hit that claim button, our team gets to work on the nitty-gritty. 🛠️
When they land: Depending on which perk you've grabbed, we'll send the details over to you between 1 and 2 weeks before you head off.
Lounge Lovers: If you're heading to the airport lounge, your vouchers will be ready in the app 7 days before you depart.
There's no need to chase us before this time — as soon as they're ready, they'll land in your inbox and show up in your account. 🍹

Once we've sent everything over, you'll find your perk paperwork in two spots:
Your Email: Keep an eye on your inbox (and check that sneaky junk folder too!). 📧
The OTB App: Log in and head to View and Manage Booking to see your vouchers. 📱
