My flight has changed/been cancelled - what do I do?

Airlines are usually way ahead of the game when it comes to planning their schedules, which means—sometimes—tweaks need to be made before you fly. Whether it’s a minor time shift or a cancellation, here is how we handle it.

If your flight times have changed 🕒

Don't worry, we’ll keep you in the loop! If your flight times change, we’ll be in touch via email. It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on your inbox as you get closer to your fly-date. 📨

If your flight is cancelled

If the airline cancels your flight, we will be in touch as soon as possible to help. We work through these notifications in order of departure date to make sure those flying soonest are looked after first, so please bear with us.

  • Finding alternatives: Our team will always do their absolute best to find you an alternative flight so you can still get away as planned.

  • Your refund: If there are no suitable alternatives available, we’ll refund the cost of your holiday—including your hotel, transfers, and any extras you’ve booked.

⚠️ A quick note on refunds:

While we refund the core parts of your holiday, please note that ATOL protection, travel insurance, and any extra charges added to your booking since you first made it are non-refundable.
