Vouchers 🎫
Think of a voucher as a little something from us to help you on your next trip. We usually issue these as a gesture of goodwill if things didn't go quite to plan last time, or if you've been lucky enough to win one of our competitions 🏆
The Need-to-Knows:
- New bookings only: Your voucher can only be applied to a holiday booked after your voucher was issued - it can't be added to an existing booking made before that date
- Hotel accommodation only: Your voucher can only be used on bookings that include hotel accommodation
- Email match: You must use the same email address your voucher was sent to when placing your new booking
- Paid in full at the time of booking? No problem - you can still apply your voucher afterwards. We'll process a refund for the voucher amount and let you know when it's ready to collect, usually within 48 hours
- No cash alternative: Vouchers can't be swapped for cash, but they're great for knocking a chunk off your holiday balance!
Where do I find it?
- We've pinned your voucher to the top of your account screen in the app so it's easy to spot when you log in - keeping those expiry dates front of mind!
How to redeem it:
Search for your next dream getaway, choose the instalment option at checkout, and wait for your confirmation email to land. ✈️
Log into your My Booking account. 💻
Find your holiday voucher waiting for you in your account. 👀
Select the new booking you want to apply the voucher to. 🏨
Click 'Make a Payment' and then choose the 'Claim Voucher' option. 🖱️
Done! We’ll deduct the amount from your total holiday balance. 🥳
Wallet Credit 💳
Wallet Credit is like having a little holiday fund tucked away. You’ll usually find this in your account after a reward or promotion 🎁
The Need-to-Knows:
Apply at Checkout: Unlike vouchers, credit must be applied during checkout at the time of booking. It can't be added to a booking once it’s already confirmed.
Pay in Full or Part: You can use credit whether you’re paying the full balance or just a deposit.
Where do I find it?
Your wallet credits live in your account menu—just tap the Wallet tab to see your current balance!
How to use it:
Log into your On the Beach account and check the 'Wallet' section to see your balance. 👛
Search for your next jolly (make sure it's within the credit’s T&C period!). 🌴
Apply the credit at the checkout stage before you hit pay. 💳

Cancellations: If you cancel a booking where a voucher or credit was used, that amount is deducted from any potential refund.
