Need a bit more time for your next instalment? No problem! You can delay (or snooze as we like to call it) your payment due date right from your account.
How to Snooze Your Payment Date
Wait until youāre within 14 days of your upcoming payment due date.
Go to your Payment Schedule.
Find your upcoming instalment and select Snooze Payment.
Choose a new date from the dropdown menu.
Select Accept Fee and Confirm to save your new date.

If youāve already snoozed an instalment but need to move the date again, you can now update it!
You can adjust your payment date multiple times, as long as the new date stays within a total 21-day window from your original due date.
This comes at no extra cost. You will only ever be charged the admin fee once per instalment, adjusting an existing snooze is completely free!
Key Things to Remember
A small admin fee of up to applies the first time you snooze an instalment.
If you pay your instalment manually before your new snoozed date arrives, we won't collect any automatic payment on that date.
