To cancel your transfer, just hop onto Live Chat via the My Bookings section of our website or App and our team will get it sorted for you.

Saturday - Sunday: 09:00 – 16:45
Will I get a refund? 💰
If you’re letting us know more than 7 days before you’re due to fly, we can cancel your transfer and get a full refund processed for you.
⚠️ Important: If you're travelling within the next 7 days, the transfer becomes non-refundable. We know this can be disappointing, but because the space and the driver have already been secured and paid for with our provider at this late stage, we aren't able to get that money back to pass on to you.
