There has been a change to my Ryanair flight – what do I do?

Airlines routinely update their schedules, so its not uncommon to have a flight change in advance of your departure. This change can be classed as a minor flight change or major flight change. In some cases, it may result in a change to your departure date.

We understand that changes to your booking can be stressful, so we are here to support you as your ATOL protected holiday provider.

Dependent on the change type, you will have several options available, including accepting the new departure time, changing your flight or applying for a refund.

You can do all of this directly with the airline, but it is important that you update us on any changes that are made. This is so we can amend your total holiday package, including hotel booking, transfers, perks and any extras, while still benefiting from the On the Beach ATOL protection.

If there have been changes to your Ryanair flight, please follow the below steps:

. Log into My Bookings

. Head to the section named 'Help and Contact'

. Click on 'Live Chat'

. Click on 'Chat with us'

. Our bot will ask for your name

. From the options given, please select 'I need help with my Ryanair booking'

. Then choose 'I've had my flight unexpectedly changed by Ryanair'

. Please continue and answer all questions asked

. When complete, a ticket will be raised for our Operations team who will look into this and be back in contact with you as soon as possible
