I've received an email from Ryanair about a schedule change to my flight – what do I do?

Airlines routinely update their schedules, so its not uncommon to have a flight change in advance of your departure. This change can be classed as a minor flight change or major flight change. In some cases, it may result in a change to your departure date.

We understand that changes to your booking can be stressful, so we are here to support you as your ATOL protected holiday provider.

What are my options?

Accept a proposed flight change (if available)
When Ryanair make changes to their schedule, they will attempt to find new flights for you. You may be offered an alternative flight within your Ryanair account, which you have the option to accept. If the proposed change isn’t suitable, you can search for a new flight yourself.

Choose a new flight (for free)

When airlines change your flights, you’re entitled to change to the next available flight on the same route, or to a flight departing one day before or one day after. Ryanair won’t charge you any fees to make this change, and you don’t have to pay any fare difference. To do this you will need to live chat Ryanair by logging into your Ryanair account, selecting ‘help’ and clicking on the chat icon.

Request a refund

If you don’t wish to travel on an alternative date or time with Ryanair, you can choose to cancel your flight altogether and request a refund.

It’s important that you update us on any changes that are made, so we can amend your total holiday package, including hotel booking, transfers, perks and any extras, while still benefiting from the On the Beach ATOL protection.

If there have been changes to your Ryanair flight, please follow the below steps:

·        Log into My Bookings

·        Click 'View and Manage Booking' on the booking you need to update

·        Head to the section titled 'Your Flights'

·        Then click 'Update Flight Information'

·        From here you'll be given options, please select the relevant options that fit your circumstances related to the flight changes
